The boat Koh Samui Night

The king does not govern, government! the pompous ex-pat I cried the whole bunch. However, I am not bothered at all. I was on my preferred way of transport: boat night Koh Samui in Surat Thani, Thailand. Slowly, there are two boats, I think, every trip over each other during the night. And the boat travels only at night. I do not think that passengers are on deck, allowed, and even if they are there to be only a small space. It goes directly under the deck, where there are no windows, tables, chairs or even a place to get snacks (please bring your own). There are only two rows of very long mattresses (with clean, fresh bedding and pillows), and less likely to separate you from your neighbor or mat next door.

Sound awful? Well, that night the boat and I have always loved. The Gulf of Siam is very quiet, for one thing, so when the lights go down, all you hear is the hum of the engine and all I hear is a sweet baby swingthe long, lazy waves. No one speaks, and is completely at rest (ex-pat closed long ago). Green Visions of Koh Samui is still cross your mind, and there is no idea Surat Thani to a destination where you will ultimately stay ahead too far, to keep you awake with excitement. It does not take much for a lullaby to sleep.

Before you know it, the ship docked at the pier and wakes Surat Thani markets are there to welcome smile and a pleasant breakfastCongee, chilli, Thai (actually Chinese but who's counting?) Cucumbers and boiled eggs. Oh, the boat at night! I wonder if it still around?
